Delivery options, timing and cost are confirmed with you in writing before an order is finalised.
No local pickup
We do not offer walk-in sales or local collection. All orders are dispatched by freight to your address.
Delivery process

- 3Once details are agreed, our fulfilment team prepares your order.
- 4We coordinate insured freight to your nominated delivery address.
- 5You receive your trailer and confirm delivery in good condition.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery, provided the trailer is in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Custom builds and trailers with fitted upgrades may be subject to different return terms. Please confirm with our team before ordering.
