Overview
The 4m food trailer is the largest unit we build and the only one that can genuinely serve two queues at the same time. Two lift-up serving windows let you run a food menu at one point and drinks, coffee or desserts at another, without customers crossing paths or staff tripping over each other.
At four metres, the interior stops being a galley and becomes a working kitchen with zones. The service side carries a long stainless counter with a second run of work surfaces behind it; the equipment bay takes an upright fridge, chest freezer or large griddle; and there is space for a proper two-person cooking line with extraction above.
